Muller has *two* different "save the world" companies that file with the SEC.
I noticed this, Tommy, when you posted a link to a form 10 filing that looked different from the form 10 I had read.
One company is called "Save the World Air Inc" here are its filings: sec.gov This is the name of the company that issues newsreleases saying that the stock trades under the symbol ZERO. It was formerly called Mandalay Capital Corporation, and Jeffrey Muller seems to be the only director.
The other company is called "Save the World Technologies Inc" here are its filings: sec.gov Its business activities supposedly include tree breeding and a zero-emission motor that runs on compressed air (compared to the other company's "product", the description of this one seems to be different, but equally unlikely). It has an utterly ridiculous balance sheet, loaded with $166,325,000 of highly questionable assets plus only $351 of cash. This is the company whose filing Tommy found. I haven't found any ticker symbol for this one.
Both companies have Jeffrey Alan Muller as CEO, and they have the same auditor. Both of them are Nevada corporations.
I searched the Nevada corp. database, and I found four companies where Jeffrey A Muller is an officer:
Save the World Air, Inc., Inc. incorporated 2/98, status "current list of officers on file"
Air-Fuel Technologies, Inc., Inc. incorporated 12/97, status "revoked"
Save the World Technologies, Inc. incorporated 2/96 status "current list of officers on file"
Tree the World, Inc. incorporated 2/97 status "revoked"
All but "Air" have Lynette Ann Muller listed as an additional officer. "Air" has only Jeffrey. |
