I did talk to him via the Ohio number. He told me: "The reverse will not happen 5-15-97". That tells me they want/need press for r/split and to sell by day end 5-15. I may be wrong but..........

Good strategy for pennies, esp ones that have viable product. After split they are almost guaranteed to go down. Wait for r/split price to deteriorate and then buy back 1/2 position or so but not 100% position.
