I just checked at www.house.gov and the Bill Status of 4419 made no mention of approval by the House Banking Comm.

See this link saying that H.R. 3125 is in deep doo-doo! If H.R. 3125 dies then state internet lottos will start up. Also N.J. wants to start up internet casinos. So the prospects for 4419 would be bleak.
