Notice that ERICY's CEO is now talking about the prohibitive costs of new spectrum. ERICY may be ready to capitulate from WCDMA to CDMA2000. Notice that VOD's choice of hardware vendors for their new UMTS systems in Britain (NT & ERICY) both have significant CDMA2000 infrastructure divisions.
