Tunica, did the Bank of England SAY that they were worried about David Tice's arithmetically-scaled charts? ;) (I see that Tice has adopted the same tactic that newspapers do when they want to sell newspapers with stories of incredible new stockmarkets highs or lows - ah, yes, bring out the arithmetic charts - they'll wow em' every time!)
