I hate to remind you guys about this but the current situation was predictable.

I agree that the current board should be tossed.

In the news release of June 28-00 the company says it is continuing to develop its Hwini-Butre concession but in very small print in the Form 61 dated June 26 it says "The company continues to evaluate drilling and metallurgical exploration data which has been compiled on the concession. No new work programs have been commenced during the quarter in question. Since the last quarterly report there has been no change to the status of the legal dispute between Hwini-Butre Minerals Ltd and BD Goldfields regarding the property."

As of Apr 30-00 the company had about C $0.63 per share in cash and no liabilities. The 35 cent placement proposed is clearly economic dilution and is unfair to current shareholders.

If any body wants to send me a private message I have a few ideas on how we may replace the board. This is clearly not in the best interests of the shareholders.
