SMRA: funds are probably buying in as its going on the Russel, so the that may explain most of the volume pickup and also fewer and fewer shares are with the public. The spread has varied from 1/16 to 3/4 which is quite odd. The volume and price pickups may put SMRA on the day traders' screens.
