Poopsie? Am I obligated to call you Muffie now? <g>

I believe the current plan at GSM-based Vodaphone is to use CDMAOne-based Verizon to fund the European spectrum auctions. Germany, Europe's largest economy, is up next.

Come on, you're not seriously entertaining the wish that Vodaphone will overlay CDMA2000 over its GSM networks, are you?

Again I note the deliberate denial of ongoing GPRS, EDGE and WCDMA trials all around the world. Nokia and MI are starting their WCDMA trial this month after having completed their GPRS roaming trials with other foreign operators.

Did you know that China sent a fairly high level technical delegation to South Korea and Japan before they decided to abandon CDMAOne, which was already being used in 4 existing 'test' networks in 4 major Chinese cities set up over the last 2 years?

I guess they saw for themselves that all those GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA trials were an elaborate scam so they decided to expand their.......GSM networks?
