Company share buy-backs.......
Leo, last week I saw a CNBC interview with Michael Dell of Dell
Computers. He stated that they plan to buy-back a ton of Dell
shares because basically, they beleive in the future of Dell!
CNBC commentator said that this was an excellent vote of confidence
in the company by it's management.

Share buy-backs shows more confidence in a company by senior management than any other action. The one that comes close is a lot of insider buying. The buy-back of company shares reduces the number of shares on the open market. If the company makes the same earnings, the earnings per share increase. Also, senior management is saying there is no better place to invest our money than in our own company.
