06/29 12:48P Anchor Gaming Unit Implements Online Lottery Sys In China LAS VEGAS (Dow Jones)--Anchor Gaming's (SLOT) AWI online lottery systems unit implemented China's first online lottery system for Shanghai Fengcai Lottery. In a press release Thursday, Anchor Gaming, a casino gaming devices maker, said the new lottery program began selling and cashing tickets Monday at about 600 locations throughout Shanghai. Under the contract, awarded last December, the unit is providing its MasterLink gaming system and PC-based lottery retail terminals manufactured for AWI by Wincor Nixdorf. The lottery opened with 600 terminals. Shanghai Fengcai plans to expand its retail network to about 1,500 within the next few weeks.
