Xy, no I have no position in INTC but long term I'm bullish on the stock. The DEC thing is simply a lawsuit. It may take years to settle this thing. I'm not familiar with how INTC may have crossed any lines in stealing DEC's ideals, but if DEC does have a case, it would likely only hit INTC as a one time charge when this lawsuit does come to a settlement.
