Comments from www.briefing.com is not so bulish: After the close, Applied Materials reported earnings for the second quarter of $0.54, 4 cents ahead of estimates... But revenues dropped 20%... Stock sold off ahead of report and we would not be surprised to see some additional selling off the open tomorrow... On the plus side, company also announced $182 mln order from Taiwan Semiconductor...
