Gordon,

Could you state the source of this information for us-- whether it was a reliable study and by whom or merely an opinion based on "anecdotal evidence" (which bill was careful to say about the basis for his statement)?

I think this is one of those issues with so many religious, political, emotional biases to it, that anything put forth as "fact" needs to be carefully referenced. Too many people, even here in our bastion of openmindedness, (OK-ok I was making a little joke, guys), would be only too willing to believe that homosexuality is responsible for everything terrible in the world. I would hate to add any fuel at all to this type of "hate" thinking unless it is a well-documented fact.
I read one report that said "statistics show that neither hetero- nor homosexuals are more likely to commit..." but it didn't cite where it got those statistics, so I can't use it.
