Yes, I belive that the sale will be voted down. I can't imagine INTF shareholders taking $13 worth of TMWD. I don't see why it would require DZ's help to vote it down.

The combination of INTF and TMWD does have promise, although not as much as INTF alone.

Congrats to TWMD shareholders. Their management put together a heck of a deal for them..... If it consummates.
