Terry, I believe I've read enough of your posts over the years to recognize your adulation for Ayn Rand goes far beyond simple admiration for a "genious". As a matter of fact, I can't think of a single position you've ever taken that would be considered contrary to hers. Therefore, (like a bible thumping fundamentalist) you regurgitate every word from her books and post them to support your positions. Somehow you perceive this as having independent thought. So much so, you degrade those who dare to disagree with you/her and attack their religious convictions with a vengeance practically unheard of on the boards of SI. I have a lot of admiration for Ayn Rand. And agree with many of her viewpoints. But I can also find room (especially in the spiritual realm) for different points of view. People of reason, I believe, would agree with me. Perhaps you should rejoin the "Petulant" crowd at feelings. You're not likely to persuade anyone here with the tone you've already taken. Here's a good quote I believe you should take to heart. "Don't try to tear down other people's religion about their ears, Build up your own perfect structure of truth, and invite your listeners to enter in and enjoy it's glories."
