ACCL's technology has to do with converging voice and data access (i.e. "last mile") networks over ATM. Competition will come from other small players like CopperCom, Jetstream and TollBridge as well as from the big players. They have a market cap of 1.75 bil., a loss of 21 mil. on 9 mil. revenue for '99. They're not profitable, have no int'l presence to speak of, and a ton of competition. Everyone and his brother's going to be jumping into this market, the so-called next generation network. Nice play for the first 2 days but wouldn't want to be left holding the bag. Skipper
