Thanks, Pat Slevin was kind enough to find a news link from Market watch for me.

I am amazed and would love an explanation as to how the NASDAQ is showing so much strength lately. WHat I mean is if just one of the gorilla stocks moves up, it makes the NASDAQ move up disproportionalty to the actual selling going on underneath. Now the last few days, CSCO, SUNW, FLEX, CTXS, PMCS, HLIT, EMC, CPQ etc all are selling off hard and yet the NASDAQ acts like no one is selling anything. Is there some secret formula that weighs decliners less than advances or what. I am getting really confused here.

I just checked my watch list of some of the major NASDAQ stocks and the sceen is bleeding red with the average drop around 5% yet the NASDAQ has not lost even half of yesterday's gains. Something doesn't look right.
