I have no idea whether it is actually possible to "convert," but I know that it's very common for homosexual men and women to want, very much, to be heterosexual, and to do their best to fight their impulses, even to the extent of getting married and having children. Malcolm Forbes is a famous example. I would hate to marry someone in the closet.
