I am not trying to shoot a hole in your thunder, but the spot market is not like oil which is a commodity, the spot can be a thin market at times and different deals have different prices, also the quality of the parts vary from no name brands to offical Samsung, Micron etc and whether you are talking about 8mx8 sync PC100 or 128M based etc.
There are a couple of sites I use for reference only that seem to track the real prices on the spot. AICE is one, and a new one in Taiwan is dramexchange, This one has the following:

I think you will find pricing will be going up July1st.
