Once a felony is committed, the person is a felon, regardless of whether a court intervenes. Just as OJ became a murderer the moment he committed the murder, regardless of the defects of the justice system in convicting him. You see, there are terms you should acquaint yourself with, such as "convicted felon" - which Clinton is not yet - and "convicted murderer" which OJ is not.
