Roger, DZ controls lots of shares and has contacts with other big holders.

Insiders, like the board, obviously have decided and likely could vote FOR this deal.

So, we would need to have more than 50% of remaining shareholders to vote against.

It is not clear yet what inducement the board and officers may be getting to take this deal which strikes me as too low. If pushed, they may produce a better offer from tumbleweed or find another buyer. DZ and friends could bring in a better offer from someone like ORCL that the board could not ignore.

If the deal falls through, that does not mean we are getting a higher price on the market either. But, I suspect the company has been hiding info to keep the price down. If so, they may release it when convinced they can not get their golden parachutes this way.

Just some thoughts. I remain very perplexed by this investment and made much more than I would lose on my few remaining shares.
