Our statute is a little ambiguous on lawyer licensing and "pro se" representation. Sounds like that good old New Hampshire independent attitude. Did I ever mention that my sister-in-law is your neighbor? Well, I guess she is. New Hampshire's only about the size of a small town in Texas. We love going up there- the people are so private, and yet they are so close-knit. And they are so protective of the land. EVeryone we met seems to be an eccentric though.
