Chester, it looks like our short list of stocks to be deleted from the Russell 2000 is tanking hard in the last week of June. CNQR included. Maybe it doesn' make much difference whether the stock is a value stock or not, when a lot of it is going to be dumped automatically in a short timespan.

On the other side, my short list of stocks to be ADDED to the index is doing pretty well in the last week. Lots of volatility and increased volume that is probably attributable to the upcoming change, but on the whole they are going up.
