LAM is invisible and Ebarra is weak. From this statement alone, I do not believe this poster can be trusted at his word. Lam's Ebara(Lam's linear-polishining CMP tool), as far as I know, has been well received at major chipmakers, and is helping "etch" out market share for Lam. I would love to know exactly who said that(if anyone actually did). BK
