Kevin, I saw your questions about writing covered calls. I suggest you get more information from your dealer before entering any option trades.

Just a piece of information: your "downside" in selling covered calls depends on what is your benchmark. By this I mean the alternative position against which you are measuring your P/L.

If your benchmark is owning the stock, the downside is the lost profits if the stock price is above $166 on the expiration date.

If your benchmark is cash, your downside is the loss you will have if the stock price is down by more than $6 on the expiration date.
