Rude-- I never stated, insinuated, implied, or thought they stuffed the channel.Actually I indicated the opposite. The entire problem with cpq goes back to a lack of mgmt! MC, as others before him, have no idea how to improve shareholder equity nor do they care. EP/EM made cpq a waekened entity and lost all credability. Instead of attempting to strengthen the injured image they keep their heads in the sand or another dark place. Any one can pick on an injured company without any mgmt! Anything bad about cpq is believable by the majority as usually it is true. Bad news is always expected.
You are correct, I'll never buy cpq again. I would never even short it as it is not worth the agrivation of trying to play stupid enough to determine what WS or mgmt will do next. Being that mgmt is weak, inexperienced, and at times just plain stupid easier money can be made. As long as the credability ond reputation are at the bottom of the cesspool it can be manipulated by any pimple faced kid on the net,, anything is believed and expected by the masses. Universities the world over can use this issue to teach "What not to do in business".
We should see a return to the 27 range next week if no other assinine things happen. Looking for 30 or higher just became tougher. More trust has been flushed. Maybe MC will throw a party! |
