Sam, two years ago, their "Display Flag Ship" (symbol was, OVON, how fitting) bit the dust. More than $100 MM went down the drain and a lot of people lost their jobs (including a very good friend of mine). It is not the first, nor the last. IMHO, in the case of OUM, Lowery made an "Amdhal Size" mistake here. The last thing SNDK's holders should worry about is OUM. One may want to worry if signs of a glut are already appearing in the flash segment, even before the doubling of planned capacity by some big players. I am just as surprised at these reports as the other guy, since I did not expect this for at least two quarters. Zeev
