<< But the father's Washington lawyer, Gregory Craig, said today that Juan Miguel Gonzalez never showed any interest in staying in the United States. >>

Did you file that little goodie under "Items believed without questioning"?

What do you think would have happened to Juan's family, who live back in Cuba, if he had said that he wanted to live in the U.S.?

Cuban politicians control all of the jobs, all salaries, all children, and the kangaroo court system down there. There is no freedom of thought or speech. Children turn in parents to the corrupt politicians.

Why do you feel that so many tens of thousands are willing to risk their lives to flee Cuba?

Any more "thought provoking" quotes?
