UUP, concur exactly except... motive is not based on earnings runup but rather for news based runup expecting here for news to be timed close to earnings though belief predicated upon opinion that deals and news must get settled prior to August vacations long time until Sept 10th after LaborDay big gap in time there no other reason / JW (no expert)
