Paul, As for enthusiasm, mine arrives in the form of 12-oz. aluminum cans <grin>. Patience, on the other hand, is not so easily acquired ... Regarding management, you stated in an earlier post that the president and some of the key officers at Altera did some time with Fairchild Semiconductor, a company with which I am not familiar. I can't get any reference to it on my Bloomberg ... I'll try the Web next. I mention this because I notice that Andy Grove and the other Intel founders were also of Fairchild vintage -- is this of no significance or this Fairchild company give birth to all the current semi chieftains?
