dacoola, if I am short 1000 WXYZ at 20 and they issue a 1 for 1 stock dividend I will be short 2000 WXYZ at 10 after the distribution. If there is a rights offering, I will be short the rights as well. Rights offerings are dilutive, and generally not in the best interest of shareholders. Regards, Barb
