The self discipline on this exceptional thread helps keep us focused on a true gg, and therefore should continue to give some advantage, even if it's diminished from a year ago. Just having so many clever guys and gals on one thread who can actually discourse politely has to be an advantage to all.
Some factoids about NTAP. It's only been in business since 1992,, went public in 1995 at a split adjusted price of about $1, and has recorded 18 consecutive quarters of revenue growth while averaging 70% Y over Y growth. It only takes finding one or two like this to be set for life, but the gg wouldn't have allowed us to invest in the early stages while it was still a shiney pebble. OTOH, the gg has never been about maximum possible gain. It's about very good gains with minimum risk, and NTAP probably has many years of good growth left.
