Closing at $26.50 continues a correction phase - due to large run-up from ~ $15!! Slow stochastic indicates downturn slowing, and the price sitting on the lower Bolinger Band indicates the stock is technically oversold!
No doubt at least partly due to first-half portfolio adjustments by the big players - some closing off their positions to lock in profits, while (hopefully), others are preparing to buy in for the second half.

With their recently announced commitment to continue dividend payments for at least the next year, which may increase markedly as their earnings increases through expansions, combined with an expected major downturn expected in the broad market, this one may be a haven for those looking for a place to stash their cash until this anticipated correction ends sometime in January, 2001.
