I attended a pre-opening party at the Burbank location tonight. It is much larger than I realized, a full 11,000 square feet, and it looks like another perfect set-up and location. Tons of TV's, 3 huge interconnected rooms, one of them appropriate for banquets or regular use. 2 bars, one at each end of the entire restaurant, tall ceilings, many many tvs including a huge tv at the larger of the bars. And I was told that 500,000 people live within 6 miles of the spot. And now West Covina is about 6-8 weeks away. These compounding increases in revenues with new LARGE locations should lead to steady and increasing profits IMO, hopefully sooooooooooooon.
