Thanks for ASXI tip but I think I'm missing something -where does the squeeze come in... biz.yahoo.com I've read this thing 5 times and I still haven't figured out how this is going to pressure the mm's. I agree that this could be interesting, especially when the spread is .375 x .45, but I'd really appreciate any help you might give me in pointing out how this puts any pressure on the mm's. I can see how a 12 to 1 voting ratio would be an advantage at a board meeting, but since the shares can't be converted until July 2001, and then only on a 1 for 1 basis, I still haven't figured out how this puts pressure on the mm's in the short term. What am I missing? Thanks Bob
