Pierre: It would appear that all your optimism may pay off shortly. congratulations, you deserve the rewards.
SAAB ( Severige Auto AB. ) is an interesting company to be the first. Back in the 60,s the old Saab auto's had a 2S front wheel drive - which for their weather was excellent as the cars had excellent traction. I lived in Malmo, southern Sweden for a couple of years, and as I recall the SAAB won the Monte Carlo Rally many years in a row.
The private placement now, makes more sense- although I would have preferred a credit line.
