Hey, Julius,

I didn't know you were over here too.

News on SYNM and GTL in general. Note the $15/bbl break even point. The technology continues to advance. There's also been talk of a small plant to be constructed in Trinidad, where gas is plentiful

Regards to all,

http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/000630/ok_synm_pr.html What's the take on this additional offereing and current share price?

And from the Finacial Times:

SHELL IN TALKS TO BUILD GAS PLANT

Royal Dutch / Shell and Pertamina, Indonesia's state oil company, are in talks that could lead to the construction of the worlds biggest conversion plant for natural gas to high quality transportation fuels and chemical feed stocks. Leading oil companies around the world are eager to commercialise gas to liquid (GTL) fuel technology in order to exploit the large reserves of remote gas that are too far from markets to be developed economically. Jack Jaconetti, the executive in charge of the Shell middle distillates synthesis programme, said technological breakthroughs and economies of scale had helped to dive down "capital expenditure requirements to around $20,000 per b/d, making a 70,000 b/d plant an attractive investment proposition, even at crude prices at around $15 a barrel".
