Let me take some time to post a series of three EMails. I will post them in the order they were either sent or received.

I am at a loss as to why some imposter on the Silicon Investor web site siliconinvestor.com has used your EMail address as their own. Not only that, but for some reason this person has posted a great deal of information regarding PanAmerican BanCorp, Inc. (PABN) all of which is critical of the stock. Now, this person who claims they are not you but still uses your EMail address in their profile on Silicon Investor is threatening me for pointing out who they say they are.
Can you possibly explain such strange behavior? BTW, I took the liberty of copying the html code from the profile of this unusual person in case you needed it to track them down. Also, my attorney said that he was glad you did not have time to shoot the lawyers!
I hope the weather is good in Santa Cruz today.

Mr. Gray:
Thank you for your message. I hope I can explain what may have occurred here. This is a public library, open to all. Many users have 24-hour access. We have public Internet terminals, as well as access to commercial legal research databases. Public terminals are also used to send and retrieve email. The library email address is the default return address on all terminals. In addition we offer an email service to our regular users, which is essentially a PIN appended to the library email address. I suppose someone could have registered with Silicon Investments and either used our email address, or it somehow was entered by default.
I will contact Silicon Investments and ask that our email address be deleted from any public profiles. Thank you for calling this matter to my attention.

Ms. Pfremmer,
While I do appreciate your answer, I still must retain some doubt. Nonetheless, your anwswer is as feasible as any I can conjure. I would suggest that you insist that the identity of the person whose alias on siliconinvester.com who asserts your EMail address as their own be made known to you.
They have for over a year led people to believe they were in fact yourself. This person has done so deliberately and for a specific purpose. I have gleened this from the content of their posts on Silicon Investor. The fact that this person or persons uses "PatP" as an alias points directly to you and leaves no doubt as to motive and agenda.
One other question I might ask is how the person posting could locate such diverse information regarding PanAmerican BanCorp, Inc. and its officers so readily. Is anyone using your facilites authorized to see any or all of the information that might be made available to attorney's engaged in litigation?
Please feel free to contact me at this EMail address regarding your thoughts. In my opinion the person or persons engaged in the activities I have described are engaged in fraud and are making an attempt to lay the blame at your feet.
