Sample customer relationship management (CRM) applications include automotive and medical service scheduling, and sales force automation. Spanish language compatibility provided in SpeechWorks 6.5 expands domestic market reach and enables expansion to lucrative Latin American markets lagging in Internet connectivity. Access via wireless devices such as PDAs is planned for future releases.
