Well, you were making no sense. Go back and read your non sequiturs. Let's say you were temporarily in "X" mode.

Let me instruct you. A murderer does not become a murderer when the courts convict him. A murderer becomes a murderer the moment he murders.

Black's Law makes clear the same applies to a felon. A felon becomes a felon as soon as he commits any number of felonious acts.

Too bad lawdopey is too stupid to understand the distinction.
