The offer is conditional on 66 2/3 acceptance? Let's say they get in, but barely. I don't think the parties can force a 'squeeze out' without 90% of the stock - so do the shares of the minority trade still. So, tactically, is it better to fold or to hold? Claude/others - what's your view? This is the sort of thing that these formums should be for.
