Henry, I have been hearing a lot of talk today, why DEC might be suing Intel now and not before. The most interesting to me was one where someone thought that DEC didn't do it before, because they did not want to mess up their relationship with Intel, when there really was no other microprocessor alternative. Now that AMD has the K6, DEC would be able to buy microprocessors from AMD. In other words they wouldn't be dependent on Intel if they got an injunction. After all, didn't AMD say they would ship millions of chips? Did they know something we didn't?

What do you think about that thesis?

Sonny
