jmac, Calm down. Intel just got the news of the lawsuit today! This was the equivalent of a corporate suck punch. I would think that you would at least want them to read and understand the suit before making any statement. Don't confuse prudence with being a wallflower. I trust Intel will respond appropriately when the time is right. Despite you assertion, these types of claims do not affect the value of the company only the short term stock move. I still can't figure you out. You seem to be long term oriented but you get extremely anxious anytime the market over reacts in the short term. A better course of action is to always keep some liquidity handy so that you can take advantage of these short term panic situations. Good luck and keep the faith, FF
