Obviously the Edper people are high on James Walker. In it's simple terms, Michael Freund was the workout guy now being replaced by James Walker who's background is Real Estate and Real Estate Developement. This appears to be "good news to everyone" as I was told today. IMO this is certainly a positive step as this company gets in to the business of doing new business. The T.O. commercial market appears to be really heating up to the point that word has it the dust is coming off a couple of unfinished tower plans. However the rental levels will have to increase somewhat yet to match the development costs. Could be a couple of years yet. Dave
