on QCOM: technical slippage
that Volt "gambler's bottom" at 60 is showing slippage
volume is not very substantial
that gap from 56-60 got partially filled

clearly, we are witnessing the climax of the endofqtr mutual fund windowdressing effect
fund managers are likely unwilling to have QCOM show up in their portfolios
a buying opportunity? probably
does that make me feel any better? hell no

the DOW is showing a clear bearish triangle going back to April
flat support line at 10,300
impulse high of triangle at 11,150
potential of 800-850 points
target: 9500 on the Dow

meanwhile, NazComp shows the opposite with a positive outlook
