It looks to me like Travelers went from 22.5% to 15% selling about 700,000 shares or 33% of their holding. Since someone seems to have bought most of those shares one question is does that mean another big hand is joining in some kind of partnership with Travelers to promote prln (Merck? or someone else) or did Rhodes perhaps buy more shares to maintain the price and hope to save his investment, or was it several other buyers who didn't get over the 5% level (Paul?, etc.). There was a 144 filed Feb 4 and I don't have access to it and don't remember if that was the one filed by Babbish and if it therefore was a declaration of selling or whether it might in fact be a more recent declaration of intent to buy (and might tell us who bought the shares Travelers sold). Does anyone remember or have this info or have the ability to get the 144 info? The whole thing leaves us unsure whether Travelers selling 33% of their holding is good, bad, or neutral news. The selling is in abeyence right now, at least, but it is not clear whether more selling is to come or whether buying is about to begin (without being in response to someone else selling), or whether we are in for an extended period of continued low volume until positive news begins to be released.
