I don't want to be calm. I am angry. PII-gate was a scandel that cost us momentum. The lawsuit is either a very serious problem or a frivolous claim. There is no in-between. IMO, Intel has not learned how to be the biggest and the best--they just are. Intel didn't need to read the lawsuit to respond to allegations of patent infringement. A denial could have been issued. An offensive-oriented response could have been made against DEC.
