Henry, Yes I understand perfectly what you are saying. But didn't Palmer state today that 2/3 of Intel's income is derived from the microprocessors? So wouldn't they be happy to get that if Intel could not sell their microprocessors? Not that I think (and I am not a lawyer) that they will get an injunction. It would be rediculous, even with a Massachusetts judge. Sonny
