Fortunately for all of us, Intel is more mature than the comments above. How in the hell can you issue a denial when you haven't even read the accusations?? An-offensive response?? As is "got you last" or "mine is bigger than yours"?

O.K. don't calm down. But your anger will get you nowhere and will have about as much affect on the long term stock price as the "bug" and the suit, i.e. 0.

I can tell by your reaction to this news that you haven't read Andy Grove's book. I strongly suggest you do so, it will put you at ease when situations like these arise in the future.
