My Gut instinct is to immediately blame these types of trading patterns on the MM's. I think it's possible that they've been waiting for a long time for ANY activity connected to RCEPF so they could finally malke a buck off it. Plus there is always a possibility that they have sold stock much higher than it is now trading and trying to recoup that at a much lower price? Then add in those lucky traders that bought this at the under 17 cent range, and this was a 2X or 3X for them. Natural points of resistance and all that. Combine 'em all, and BANG 33 cents. These are, of course, just the ramblings of someone who doesn't know too much! B.
